warm up 0.4mi 5:40 minutes 2-3% incline. Ran 7.0 miles for 64:50 minutes at 6.3-6.8 mph at 1-4% incline changes; incline walk 1.4 mile 2-6-0% incline,4.5-4.6-4.0mph for 19 minutes.
Kept HR in mid 140-150's, no breathing issues.
Did not Bike. Nice workout, legs held up well.
