I woke up after a rest night and headed out from the Flamenco Hotel for a run. It was not too hot considering it was late June.
It took a little while getting used to the road, traffic, pollution, and the traveling made this an extra slow run but I got it done and felt fine throughout.
It was a nice run alongside the Nile.
