Notes
Met up with the Syracuse Track Club. It was good to see old friends and catch up. We did an easy 2 mile warm-up and then did 10 X 3'-reps with 1' off in between. I went pretty easy considering the mileage I have been doing as well as yesterday's hill workout.
I kept my pace around 7'30" to 8' during the 3 minute reps. We ran these in the Serengeti so there was lots of ups and downs.
It was a good workout and I did not feel too tired. But I am very much looking forward to my day off tomorrow.
