Notes
I did an easy recovery run. It was hot but not as bad as the previous two days. I run up behind the hospital to WHS track where I did about 3 miles before heading on the Alison loop and towards W&J Campus.
I felt good throughout this run until the last mile when I started to dehydrate a bit. i am going to take in lots of water today so I can squeeze in another run.
I feel like I am getting back into the form I had about two weeks ago.
