2 mi easy followed by 2mi at goal marathon effort and 4x30sec strides. Marathon effort felt good even into the wind for about 3/4 of a mile during the first mile. A slight uphill for the second mile was maybe a tad aggressive. Overall that felt really comfortable and I think somewhere 6:10 to 6:14 range is what I'm shooting for on Saturday. The strides were fast but controlled. Typing this out at 1:30 in the afternoon My left hamstring is a little quirky so I'll have to feel that out tomorrow during the run. Finished off with a quick cooldown. Wore the half tights I plan on wearing for Saturday. Candace bought me back up gels just in case TSA throws mine out.
