Good workout. Was dissappointed cause today was supposed to be heavy day. I hope next week I can come back and do a true max set on flat bench. Online calcs tell me somewhere between 260 and 270...so add some adrenaline and a spotter and I think 275 is doable. Don't know why i am hung up on this number...I have already said that next week when I start traveling again I am off this weight plan and back onto insanity.
