Impossible to keep any focus.
Tried to make a 3x focust interval but the wind was too strong and very cold. My head was aching from cold and I decided to stop at 2.56KM.
I was able to keep a relatively good form and practice lean, footstrike and posture... no other choice as I wanted to get into the building as fast as possible!
Possible cold bite in my nose.
Next time I will wear the my hat and the paspertout (or how it's called)
