15 degrees and I am trying to do a hard workout - this is insane!!! Actually, the tempo run went a lot better than what I had expected. I have decided to go for a training program for the marathon and started it today. Which today called for a 35 minute tempo run which turned into a 4 mile tempo run.
1 - 6.15
2 - 6.05
3 - 5.35
4 - 6.05
I figured I would be happy with averaging 6.20's for the tempo but my legs proved that I was in better shape than I expected. The wind was out of the south east at ~12 mph so the first two miles were into the wind while the last two were with the wind.
