Starved Rock!!!! Wahoo! This was a blast, it was a little muddy on the trails and the first time I had run out here since November. This was really a treat! My legs were still really sore from the workouts on Thursday and Friday and I was planning on taking off just because of that but I couldn't pass up Starved Rock. The wind was out of the North West so I had some issues on the way back to the vistors center. Sarah had dropped me off and I was going to run a full 20 miles but got it cut off short because she showed up a little early.

The hills were a little rough on my legs and I htink I need to take off tomorrow in order to get my body back into shape after this current stand of harder days.
