I was a little sore after yesterday's run, but not too bad. If I can get out a little earlier when Sarah has to work it would be a lot nicer to run longer on these days. I am thinking I want to do 1/2's tomorrow and push for 6-8 of them. I should be able to do some decent times given the recent improvements :)
