Notes:This was a good run, I felt really good and the temps were nice, the breeze was blowing out of the SW at 7-10 mph so it was a little brisk. I ran the first 6-7 miles sub 6.40 but then turned off the watch to allow myself to slow down. It is nice to be back into my "own" element w/ running
