Hot but a decent tempo run. I maxed out my heart rate at 186. Mile splits were decent, I just cannot seem to get a consistent pace down, I feel like I am all over the place with my pace.
1 - 5.45
2 - 5.39
3 - 5.41
4 - 5.29
Overall it was a good run but just need to get use to pushing that hard for an extended period of time, I am simply not use to it without racing for nearly a year now.
