Notes

I ran the 10 mile course and followed that course with a 7 mile loop around Walnut. The first 10 miles went fairly well, I came out a little quick on the initial few miles but decided I needed to back down the speed and fell into a decent pace. I did the first 10 mile course with running into Walnut initially and at the time the 10 mph wind was out of the west but it changed to the north so the last 2 miles went into the wind but it was 36 degrees so it wasn’t so bad.
