It was really tempting to keep on going after the first 8 miles but decided I would wait the day and do it on the "proper" day of training. I really wanted the challenge of the 25 miles in two days. My feet have been hurting a little more everyday but I think most of my problem is because of the hard surfaces at home. Overall, the 8 miles went very smooth, and I kept on wanting to push the pace faster but needed to hold myself back.
