When did you run after pregnancy? (Read 846 times)

I will keep all this advice - thank you. I didn't like any breast bounce before and actually had a bit of trouble getting bras that kept me still enough - the first sign of pregnancy for me was sore breasts when I ran which I put down to increased mileage (of course, it didn't click that they were sore from the start to the finish of the run where if it was mileage, they would have got sorer the further I went and it is my first pregnancy, no miscarriage or anything before this.) I'll look into those bras you mentioned though I might have to go mail-order - Boise doesn't have that big a range of suppliers. I am hoping I don't have a c-section so hopfully around the six week mark I'll have put some miles on my log. The half marathon will just be in time for my 40th birthday next year (unless this fertility with running kicks in again but with two adopted kids at 12 and 10 and now the "surprize", we are planning evasive measures .)
