treadmill impact? (Read 947 times)

    thanks all. the plan for me is to do about 1/4 of the miles on the treadmill. maybe 1/2 in lousy weather. I really think stretching is going to be important to me and the toe raises idea is also important along with icing. When I've gotten shin problems I look back and tend to see I wasn't doing enough preventative work. I like to just sit and put my ankle on my other knee and just do a bunch of resistance work. I do this by holding the toe and stetching it by offering moderate resistance in all 4 directions.
