I’ve been struggling with a hamstring strain since last summer. MRI confirmed no tear, but it was taking forever to heal even with rest and heavy loading. I did a PRP injection four weeks ago and have my follow up later this week. I’ve not really noticed a difference yet. Anyone done PRP for high hamstring tendonopathy?
