    In the spirit of changing things, i ran four tonight at a 7-7:30 pace.


    I remembered why i didn't run some of my weekend runs at a faster pace. I slowed it down so when i go out with my wife later in the day, i wasn't beat.

    I found that i could slow down and manage to be among other people without getting irritable.

    2017 goals:

    sub 1:30 half
