    Is there trail run could be added to thework out type

      In your training log select "settings" and then "manage my activities".  You can add it to run by selecting "run" or add it as an activity on its own.

        This is what I did.  If you look in my log the trail runs are the dark green bars.

          I did like MrPHinNJ. I'm too lazy to distinguish trail runs, from trail races, and trail long runs, but obviously that could make sense too.

          It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.

            What I did was created a course for trails.  But like Mr. PH and AP works well too.
