Yay, you're OK!!! I think we were starting to get a little worried! Big grin k

I just checked your running log to see if you had put in your numbers yet and your graph is hilarious now. You have to run about 75 miles to look like you did anything lol

Lynn: How about some details? I'm asking for purely selfish reasons, not to stroke your ego. Educate us. What worked? What didn't? What went right or wrong? What would you do different next time? How much did you walk? Or sleep? Details, man, details. And don't leave out the gossip, either. Cool

Gratuitous annoying bump. To be followed by many more, until Lynn coughs up more info. Evil grin

Well, you'll hafta settle for this race picture. It's OK, but there is this other guy in it... http://www.partypics.com/ver2/ViewImage.aspx?OrderNo=26182510&Roll=00001&Frame=0662 It was taken as I came across the finish line for the last time, right at 48:00:00! P'raps I'll take my notebook along and get something down over the holiday (oh, yeah, and some running stuff)...I feel great, only a lingering problem with one toe, but good to go. Definitely gonna hafta get out for a run tomorrow or Friday! No time or I would today... Lynn B

You look like !@#%!. Well done! Even Karnazes looks a little rough. Nice pic by the way. Did you plan that, or was that an accident? When you get around to it, I'm basically looking to hear advice for those following in your footsteps. You gave us the details of the event - now I want to hear what worked and what didn't, what you might change about training, how much you slept, how much you walked ... that sort of thing. Training and racing tips. Sorry to bug you, but let's face it: I'm not likely to find anyone else dumb enough to have done this sorta thing, so you're the only source of info around. Big grin Happy Thanksgiving!
