    Hey all, my name is Wei Ding and I just started running in August. My first week, I stuck to running 5 km everyday for 7 days. Here is my experience doing it! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WCD3WAAfZNg&t=4s
    After my first week I did continue, and tried running 10 km everyday for 7 days. So far it's been great, I look forward to learn more about running here, train to get quicker and run longer. Smile
