I took kids to Mall of America Nickelodeon Amusement every ride jerked my neck like as if my neck was a crab leg getting cracked open. No neck pain the last two days. Best chiropractor visit ever. Big grin

Thought I'd recommend for those of you into alternative medicine. Smile

In soccer games, every once in a while someone will put a good hit on me from the side and it will "correct" my back. It can really feel great at times.

The tangents are moot.

I had severely limited range of motion in my neck for YEARS due to multiple bulging disks. One day I took a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class in which a black belt threw me over his shoulder and into a mat waaaaaay hard. Black eye

My neck cracked sooooo loudly, I was dizzy... sudenly: restored range of motion! (and has been restored since) Unbelievable!

Ouch! My shoulder and neck problem seemed to be from overtraining. I've spreadout my miles, running some easier and the pain it basically gone. Good thing, I was going broke getting massages.
