Good Bad & The Monkey
I used duct tape in the Leadville 100 last weekend. The same pieces stayed on for 100 miles (over 26 hours of running) in rain, sleet, snow, hail, and sun without coming off. Works great. Hurts a little coming off. Shave first. - Chris
I'm running somewhere tomorrow. It's going to be beautiful. I can't wait.
Poor baby
Hey, a buddy of mine ran Leadville in 27:04. Did you cross paths with a tough looking young fella from Middle TN?
His pacer was a Leadville woman who apparently won a 50miler in the past year or so.
He ran a 2:58 marathon in April. He has done some 50 and 60 milers, but this was his first run at altitude. He picked Leadville. Dude.

If y'all would just man up and buy a sports bra there would be no more nipple problems. Of course there may be other problems.

Overall, I think I'd rather have bloody nipples than to suffer what most women go thru when not wearing a correct fitting sports bra. Anyone read that article in (last month's?) Runner's world that said that even an A cup can bounce 8 or so inches up and down when running?! THAT must really hurt!
