I have to take a shot weekly for rheumatoid arthritis and have recently began running again. I have only given myself shots in the thighs, today after a three mile run, I gave myself a shot in the thigh and the pain was excruciating. Does anyone have any recommendations or have you had this problem?

you might call the nurse line at the hospital if you have insurance. They usually have a 24 hour hotline for just such issues.
