How do YOU do it? (Read 1085 times)

    In the past seven months, I've started rotating my shoes a lot.

     

    They don't last any longer, but my legs seem a lot fresher. I think having different styles of shoes exposure your legs to slightly different planes and that's a good thing.

    Just Happy to Run

      I rotate through 3 active pairs of running shoes.  The three will be different brands and model equivalents.  Just the way I like to do it...  nothing special too special.  I do find that, for me, it keeps my legs more fresh and less prone to injury or blisters.  Once retired they become kick around shoes.  And once they retire from being kick-around shoes, they aren't really recognizable as shoes anymore...
