I've got a fever...
On your deathbed, you won't wish that you'd spent more time at the office. But you will wish that you'd spent more time running. Because if you had, you wouldn't be on your deathbed.
When it’s all said and done, will you have said more than you’ve done?

"Years ago my mother used to say to me, she'd say, 'In this world, Elwood, you must be' - she always called me Elwood - 'In this world, Elwood, you must be oh so smart or oh so pleasant.' Well, for years I was smart. I recommend pleasant."
Does anybody else have "Ozone Action Days"? We've had them all weekend, where you're basically advised to do NO strenuous work outside, don't drive, etc. Which means I haven't gone out to run in the past couple days...but tomorrow I'm going to have to suck it up and go out. Probably early in the morning.

... I'm really starting to enjoy the night running. At 9pm, I get the kids in bed, get dressed and head out. It's a bit warmer than early morning, but I don't have the pressure of being late to work on those days I wish I could just run an extra mile or two.
You can be the first but not the last
There's also the bears and moutnain lions to worry more about at night.
