Tylenol is generally fine in this setting. What is wrong with a bit of calf burning? This is the good kind of pain.
Its pretty fierce calf burning. It was only the second time I've experienced it, but its not that dull burning you get for a few hours, its more intense and right at the top behind the knee almost. It starts about five minutes after I stop and lasts about a half hour. A few hours later there is no lingering pain or weakness. I don't know if it stops because the Tylenol (or the ibu I took the first time) alleviates it or it just goes away, but I figure its just my body's way of telling me I went too far that day. Its nice to know I can take something if this comes again.

Ibu and tylenol takke about 30-90 minutes to kick in, so it may be going away on its own.
