My new plan... (Read 652 times)

    I finished C25K and it felt great. However I want to keep improving so my plan is to add 3:00 for three workout, than 2 minutes for the following three workouts, so it will turn out I progress at a pace of about 5 minutes every six workouts (or two weeks). Does this sound like a good idea or am I doing it wrong? Thanks everyone.

    On the road again...

      Have you looked into the One Hour Runner? I believe there is info about it in the C25K user group forum. Your plan seems okay, too, just thought you might want to check the OHR, too.

        Sounds reasonable...Start slow and build from there...Too much too early = injury/burnout

          There is. Seems like a good program. That's my next step after c25k.
