10K Racing Strategy using HRM (Read 1026 times)

I just wanted to thank you all. I synthesized all your advice into a kind of composite approach and improved to 53:43 from 55:25. This may not seem like much of a change, but this race took place in 22-degree weather. While I don't care much about place, it's indicative that I came in 91/217 this time vs. 115/167 in the previous 10k. Thank you all!

      A minute & a half improvement on a 10K is great!

It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.
