Sharp Pain in my Left Ankle (Read 451 times)

Am having a sharp pain in my left ankle that really bothered me today........back track -- Last Wed on the track running 800's, I really pushed it....this week have not felt all the good and legs were sore and/or tired all week. Yesterday we had a pretty tough track session......and today I went for an easy 3 (much slower then a normal pace).. Towards the end of the three, my left ankle (above the ankle) started hurting with a very sharp pain. Now after a few hrs, its tender - but doubt I could run on it.... Seems like some kind of ankle sprain or tendons...but Im not sure.. Any ideas or advice?????? Oh yeah - my shoes only have 200 miles on them.... Thanks for your assistance
