Monday - 11.8 miles in Percy Warner Park Tuesday - 11.8 miles in Percy Warner Park Wednesday - 11.8 miles in Percy Warner Park Thursday - criminy, run blown away by a big electric storm Friday - 11.8 miles in Percy Warner Park Saturday - nada and then threw out my back Sunday - doubled a 21 mile training run for 42 miles total, my back is still out Total for week - 89.2 Total for year - 348.4 miles
