Ran 5.3 miles in 61 minutes (Read 622 times)

    It's been a trying summer (and spring) and running often got sidelined. I am back on track.

     

    Oh and I'm down to 155 - just 15 pounds more and I'll be prebaby weight. He's only 20 months .
