Got my get out jail free card today!. All tests look good, and the experts from Mayo seemed less concerned. My TM stress test was a hilly course, PR none the less. Can't recommend it though, high entry fee, and no free t-shirt. Of course more tests to follow, have to pay for Doc's vacation home. I've gotten real comformtable with just about anyone looking at my chest. Got all the peach fuzz removed with a zillion little pads they like to place and then move, ouch. Should have had them do my legs while I was there. Smile

        Oh Mighty Wing

YEAH BUGS!!!!! Glad you get to go home where your chest can be safely enclosed (but only if you want it to be of course Tongue)! Do they have any clue as to what is going on? Do they think it's anything to worry about?

Oh good grief, girl! All our talk recently of how you haven't been feeling well... and now this!! Any answers? What are you supposed to do / allowed to do for the next few days or weeks? Seems strange to come out of this with "oh, you're ok after all..."???
Hi Bugs. This is probably none of my business and I don't really know much about you but prior to your free trip in the ambulance, have you been stressing over anything? Like, stressing enough to cause problems?

You don't have to share any more than you want, but were they able to give you any indication of what may have caused it? Advice/treatment for you? Or just an anomaly? Anyway, glad to hear you're OK.

I had been sick, and still keeping us with just about everything else. I can say the Tuesday and Thursday before I felt great. I exercised a ton. I always felt better during and after exercise. The only thing docs warned while I was sick was that if I had a fever don't run. I didn't. Monday (total shut down day) was a little stressful, nothing was working at work and I was under a deadline.

The passing out was from low blood pressure, something I have been prone to all my life. My body reacts to certain stresses by lowering my blood pressure, which isn't typical. I have been very cold the last few weeks, maybe a sign. The fainting is no big deal. Drink more water, eat more salt. Funny I had tried to eat better this week and cut back on my potatoe chips. Eat potatoe chips they are good for your heart. Smile What docs don't seem to understand is why my heart had the rythym that it did. What I was told is that this type of irregular rythym is very hard to capture. I just happened to be in the ambulance all hooked up and fainted the second time. So they want a specialist doctor to review everything. I'm not worried. They are just checking everything out. Those docs seem to be good to tell you everything it could be wrong but don't mention, all could be just a fluke. If they find something, then I was lucky to have passed out when I did.

Thanks!!. I remembered a funny part: At the clinic the ambulance driver was asking how many marathons I ran. I asked him if he was a runner, and he said that he trained for one but got shin splins. I said, "{{Shin Splints suck!}} Toe lifts, lots and lots of toe lifts". He replied, "I tried. It didn't help.' I was just ready to ask about his shoes, but ran out of energy. I passed out again a minute later. Have to just laugh at myself for wanting to fix his shin splints in the middle of all that.
