Forums >Health and Nutrition>What does afib feel like when running?
Thanks for the reply Bexkix. I've suspected afib for awhile so I've tried to manage it. Getting enough sleep is a tough one for me. I haven't seen a lot of positive comments on beta blockers but I'm on a pretty low dose (25mg). Running is an addiction for me. I always want to go further and faster so I'm trying to take it gradual. The cooler weather also helps. Good luck in your running.
