Swollen ankles (Read 27 times)


    I’m new to running and am looking for some advice. I haven’t been running very far but I have been running nearly every day. I noticed my ankle is swollen but there’s no pain with it. Looking for advice on if it’s ok to keep running as long as it doesn’t hurt or if I should take a break. I don’t want to take a break but I don’t want to cause an injury either. Any advice is appreciated!
