>Cross Training>Soccer be damned!
"The will to win means nothing without the will to prepare." Goals: Keep on running!
Half Fanatic #846
"I don't always roll a joint, but when I do, it's usually my ankle" - unk. Run like the winded
I ran half my last race on my left foot! "Frankly autocorrect, I'm getting a bit tired of your shirt"
One day at a time
I think soccer is good for running as long as it is "different seasons". For instance, some of our best runners on the track team play soccer in the fall and dominate on the track in the winter and spring (that includes distance runners, which makes the coach, also the XC coach, angry.
The tangents are moot.
I'm trying for 2 fall marathons, so I really need to ramp up the mileage.
I'm running somewhere tomorrow. It's going to be beautiful. I can't wait.
