I am going to be starting a weight training program to complement my running in hopes of becoming a stronger, faster, injury free runner...Plus, to tone up my body a bit... Anyway, I have a few lower body (leg) exercises that I do...But what are the best upper-body exercises to do that are more specific to running...I figure I will be in the gym 3 days a week... Any advice is greatly appreciated....

Core training of any kind!!!!! I cannot really tell you specifically what is better for you but core is always best!!! Limit your upper arms and legs to only 1-2 sets a week. They will get plenty of exercise while working your core and doing your normal running. Upper body and core will make your stronger, faster and toner!!
