      Thanks! My initial goal was just to be able run, then every day, then 100 days, then keep on, then 1,000 km, then keep on. Day 144 and counting. I have maintained 31 miles per week since I started. Considering bumping the mileage up but nursing a few pains in the feet so I just maintaining the level. Started adding about a half mile barefoot at the end of my runs about 3 weeks ago and it has really help.

      • Complete 50 Miler
