Just got back from a nice and long vacation in Spain. First time to Europe in nearly, wow, 22 years. Anyway, I did actually get a chance to do some runs, and some long training walks. Too tired to sort thru the mess tonight (ugh unpacking sucks too). Anyway, I probably gained a lot of weight (but the food was worth it!). See yas all soon....
