    I think my subtle training paid off today...http://www.runningahead.com/forums/topic/7c50caa83b7a4f29956e626162011f5b I felt really good and I think I can break a 50 minute 10K with some more consistent speed work. It's been pretty hard to get in the speedwork over thisinter and early spring in Juneau and although I did use the TM for most of the speedwork...I know I can do better. Thanks for all of your posts and advice. I don't post often but I read all of your advice to others
    Run like you are on fire! 5K goal 24:00 or less (PR 24:34) 10K goal 50:00 or less (PR 52:45) HM goal 1:55:00 or less (PR 2:03:02) Marathon Goal...Less than my PR (PR 4:33:23)
