    Needs more cowbell!

Whoohooo...I'm winnin' on the bike!  Heh, but not so hot on the run.  Not planning to hit 1000 miles on-foot, this year.  Probably more like 750-800, as my mileage is going to decline a bit after my duathlon in 5.5 weeks.

      • 2 olympic distance duathlons -- 6 days apart -- PR at least 1

      • 130#s (and stay there, gotdammit!)

Zoom-zoom something to consider after your duathlon.

        RAIN

I did it a couple of times in the 90s.

I've heard really good things about that ride.  I may have to put that on my schedule some year.  This year I am tentatively planning to do the One Day Ride Across MI.  Assuming my hubby's cousin doesn't get married that day (she had been talking about that day as a wedding day, but we've heard nothing since).  She needs to shit or get off the pot, since Derek is an ODRAM organizer and I'd like to ride.
