2.5 miles out, 12 donuts completely downed, 2.5 miles back.
Other goals:
1. Top 5 women (there are 8000 participants!).
2. Don't puke.
There will be no race specific training.

Poor baby
I am going to spend a few days in Asheville after the race. I thought I could burn off all the calories because I will be running and hiking a ton while I'm there. But then I remembered that Asheville has a bunch of microbreweries. Oh well.
