I'm going to catch up with you, Finn, with a rogue weight reading this morning. It probably won't hold up and from now on my weight readings will be on Monday mornings (after the weekend debauchery which always sets me back).

I always find it confusing when you report on Friday . . . and then I realize what my weekends are like and think, yeah maybe a Friday report is best.
Yeah I am less strict over the weekends and figure that Friday morning will be my lowest weight of the week. I could switch for further motivation I suppose but really it's the week to week trending that I am interested in.

Maybe it was the grill I bought (we haven't had a grill in 3 years), but more likely the whole pack of Brats I downed in the euphoria of grilled meat, but Monday was 3lbs up (184). Taken me the week to get back down.
