W7: 183
Work parties and traveling. Completely lost discipline over my food consumption and zilched out my exercising. Ugh, next week might be the same.
W7 - 138.8
But that is after seven days of vacation, eating in restaurants and no running so I'm happy!
W7 - 149.8! I knew that last week's 153.1 was an anomaly on the high side so this doesn't surprise me. We went camping last weekend (before the 153.1) and for us camping is a good bit about the eating and the drinking. We eat much better (that term is really a misnomer cuz the food is high in fat/sugar/salt) and drink much more when we camp! Let's see if I can hold this weight or make further progress through next Monday.
183. But I did run 23 miles last week so there is hope.
