Although announcing my weight to the world sounds fun, I'm going to go with Option B of sticking toothpicks in my eyeballs.
I will say starting weight: x, and goal weight of x -12.
This gets me to a weight that I have a really hard time maintaining, but will be great for running, and has the added benefit of bitchy strangers telling me to go eat a cheeseburger.

So height isn't a consideration? They just gave me a weight that would send me to the hospital or the grave.
I think with the BF% in there, it's not needed. At least that's the way it appears to be working.
It seems odd to me, but spits out 150 for me. Since I know 145-147 is prime it's roughly sorta close.
It gave me a BF% of 10%. That is bottom of essential fat for women.
