Yeah I wasn't kidding. I was always taught than when working to build strength, most of the gain is in the last few reps when you push the muscle to full fatigue. That's the rationale behind lifters using creatinine powder, it's an anaerobic last-ditch source of energy to help you push the muscles a little harder.

Did you skip the retest after Week 2?

W2- D3- C2. Couldn't hit the min of 15 on the final rep, so I'll repeat until I can get it.
