100 Push Up Challenge (Read 1574 times)

    W4 C3 D2 done, sort of.  Had a lengthy hour plus interruption after the first set , was not sure if I should start over, decided not to, maxed out at 40.  Guilt got me to do another set after about a 5 min break, maxed out at 30 this time.  not sure if I can lift a beer right now.  

      Heh. Thanks. Its good cross training. Me and another dad got in on the trampoline place. 1 hour of dodgeball flips dunks and jumps wore us out.

       

      +1  I took the kids to one of those places a month ago except we stayed for 2 hours.  It was a blast!

        If anyone wants to post something stating that they are done with week #_ and are planning on moving on to the next week, I can update the first page.  If you are going to be repeating a week (like I know I will be with week 2), don't throw it out there as completed.

                    Really wanted to get over 25 on the max today since I couldn't push back up on 26 Wednesday. Woot. Progress.

                      Yes.  Actually I found that after the max test I could have used 2 days recovery Wink

                        I failed to complete W2-D3-C2 twice, so I'm starting W2 over.

                         

                        W2-D1-C2 Max=16

                            Max = 60. Holy crap. Feel the burn. Now off for my run.
