First failure at W5 C2 D1, max 34, could not do 1 more GAH..., the last 5-6 were a struggle. Will try the same day again Sat.

Effectively starting over. I have managed to get myself to do some pushups, but I've been off the plan.

Had spaghetti arms after. My arms are sore from carrying my 60 lb dog up and down the stairs ....he had surgery yesterday to remove his torn acl and miniscus so they had to cut his tibia, move it over, and put in a plate to keep the femur from rubbing.
Feeling the growl again
W4D2C3, max 40. I see failure in Week 5 coming on.

Week 2 Complete
Rule number one of a gunfight, bring a gun. Rule number two of a gunfight, bring friends with guns.
Finished week 5. Moving on to week 6. Max = 90
I forgot to repeat W5 C2 D1, but W5 C2 D2 went kind of OK yesterday, just barely the minimum on the max though at 42, not sure if I should repeat this day or the whole week over.

At the end of each week, you have to run as many miles as your max pushup set, right?
It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.
Max = 90
