Feeling the growl again

FFS.  That is so impressive at that level.

Fun fact... After running 13:05 today... 2015 is the first time Ben True has NOT PR'd in the 5000m.

I cant stand Blake Griffin. But, kinda love it when athletes try t&f. Some bonus tips from Carmelita Jeter.

Just for the record... there is no doping in soccer.

Sigh.  I gave up following my first love baseball because of the steroid era and now that I've gotten invested in T&F...  the hits keep coming for the sport we love.

              Feeling the growl again

Ryan Hall retires after breaking down to the point he's running less than me…just…wow.

I hope with time off he can recover his health again.  My own peak and subsequent implosion was pretty deep and I don't think my running ever really came out of it.

Just read the article in Running Times. I hope he get's well too.

Damn he made some heads turn when he was in the zone.

I don't think that he drinks as much beer as you so he should be ok.

                    Not at it at all.

Beer drinking was a sport I took up much later.

                          Unfortunately I can't say that.

Not sure if Donavan Brazier qualifies as a pro.. But the freshman ran sub-1:46 800m, breaking the US Jr. Indoor Record... and he did it on 25-30 miles per week.
