Someone on one of the racing threads told me the secret to 8-ball beer: "underpromise and overdeliver"!
I must concede in the face of such immutable wisdom.

183 this morning. A little surprised considering the gluttony that went on over Easter.

LOL on the Cadbury eggs! But it's not over for me ... I went to CVS yesterday and bought ~10 of 'em on sale as well as some Snicker eggs and Reece's Easter candy. I have no children living with me so I will consume all of that ... probably tonight!
Must. Resist. CVS.

178 - I'm sick of this shit; no more beer for me until I hit my goal weight.

194. Progress anyway, but still a very bad number. It does tell me though that if I can hit any real training volume, the lbs will drop.
